2007 BMW F800S

Perfectly-sized. Monstrously exciting.

If you’ve been looking for a BMW sport bike in the middleweight category, the all-new
F 800 S is your ride. This feisty new parallel twin engine cranks out 85 hp and is built for speed and nimble performance. With a low maintenance belt drive and a high performance cylinder head with cam follower valve gear based on the K 1200 S and
K 1200 R, as well as relaxed ergonomics and instantaneous braking power, it’d be hard to find a mid-sized sport bike this solid or reliable. Maybe that’s why World Stuntwars champion Christian Pfieffer chose it for his incredible trick riding. So get ready to launch operation tarmac attack, because the new F 800 is ready to rip.

“Serious sporting” – with the BMW F800S common sense takes on a really sporty flair. The light chassis provides the appropriate basis for rapid mobility – handy in town or a weekend trip for two. Optional ABS is available for the brakes. The entirely newly developed, powerful 80 bhp 2-cylinder in-line engine indulges you with speed and pulling power, while maintaining a low level of fuel consumption.

The BMW F 800 S/ST is for real fun-seekers. Thanks to the fast acceleration of its parallel twins and maximum torque of
86 Nm at 5,800 rpm and 62.5 kW (85 bhp), this machine offers superb entertainment. And so that its proud owners don’t
have to spend valuable time getting dirty working on the engine, the F 800 S/ST is equipped with a low-maintenance
belt drive. Where curves are concerned, the general consensus is the more, the merrier – at least where the chassis of
the BMW F 800 S/ST is concerned. Telescopic forks at the front, aluminium swinging arm at the rear, and away we go.
The new F 800 boasts a sporty half fairing in the S version and a full fairing suitable for touring in the ST version. This
machine demonstrates that you can only really have fun if the technology can be taken seriously.
