656cm3, 4-cylinder, liquid-cooled, 4-valve-per-cylinder engine
offering broad, responsive, smooth power and torque.

The Bandit 650/A styling keeps the symmetrical-layout (centercam-
drive) engine well-exposed for ready admiration.

Advanced, high-technology Suzuki Dual Throttle Valve (SDTV) fuel
injection system effectively enhances smoothness of power delivery.

at high rpm, and narrow-valve-angle design for better breathing.

Friction-reducing chrome-nitride piston-ring coating.

Automatic Idle Speed Control (ISC) system helps maintain stable
idle and improves cold starting.

Suzuki Pulsed-secondary AIR-injection (PAIR) system and other
control systems allow the Bandit to meet tough Euro 3 emissions
standards.

6-speed transmission, with a hydraulic clutch actuation system
designed for an easy clutch-lever pull.

ABS (Antilock Brake System) monitors brake lever input and
wheel speed, and matches stopping power to available traction.
(Bandit 650A only)*

The double-cradle steel frame with thick downtubes is colorcoordinated
with the fuel tank and other body parts.

41mm-stanchion-tube front forks with a full 130mm of wheel
travel and adjustable damping and spring preload.

The handlebar position can be adjusted 10mm upward or
downward.

Seat height can be raised or lowered 20mm using reversible
spacers.
