2008 Suzuki GS500E

When we introduced the totally redesigned Suzuki GS500E, everyone raved about its light weight performance capabilities. For 2008, the GS500E is back, boasting an unrivaled combination of exciting real-world performance and sporty styling – including a full sport fairing inspired by Suzuki’s world-class sport bikes.

The GS500 is an outstanding choice for an introductory sporting motorcycle with an all-round ability. The engine delivers invigorating power and plentiful torque.

A natural, neutral steering makes for one good turn after another wherever you go, and easy round-town maneuverability. And well-padded seat and comfortable riding position are equally suited to cross-town commute and spirited rides on your favorite roads. Clear your schedule, and make time for an urgent appoint with the GS500.

Even at standstill this bike’s classic gilt-edged styling is impossible to miss. Short one-piece handlebars and a sculpted fuel tank provide a compelling urge to hop on board. Double-beam chassis optimises rigidity and perfectly frames the engine.

A slim parallel-twin engine. Style with substance, a tough black makes for a bulk-free motorcycle that exploits the 487cc to the full. Comfort wise, a smooth seat allows the rider to shift riding position when cornering, while the grippy pillion seat and grabrail make two-up riding a breeze. The GS500. A dream ride for any destination.

Just learning to ride? The GS500E is the ideal bike for you! It has outstanding maneuverability, thanks to its low seat height and light weight. And if you’ve been riding for a while, you’ll really appreciate the GS500E’s all-around sport performance. Its twin-cylinder engine offers strong acceleration and quick, clean throttle response. With its well-padded seat and smooth suspension, it also provides a comfortable ride on the highway.
