FEATURES:

1,063cc, air-cooled, SOHC, 2 valves per cylinder, 75° V-twin produces outstanding low- and mid-range torque. Maximum torque is reached at only 2,500 rpm – for exceptional overall cruising performance.

Forged, lightweight pistons provide excellent durability while reducing reciprocating mass for fast throttle response and reduced vibration.

Ceramic composite cylinder plating ensures uniform heat dissipation for optimum cooling, reduced friction and longer engine life.

Specially designed thick cylinder cooling fins enhance the stylish look while increasing cooling efficiency and reducing mechanical engine noise.

Dual Mikuni BSR 37mm carburetors with throttle position sensor provides crisp throttle response at all rpms.

Classic, side-mounted air cleaner not only adds to styling but is also is easy to access when servicing the paper filter.

CDI transistorized ignition produces a strong, hot spark for fast sure starts. This system is maintenance-free and its 3D digital ignition map varies timing based on engine rpm and load for the optimum performance.

Automatic cam chain tensioners reduce maintenance and engine noise.

One-way, cam clutch-type starter decreases mechanical noise during starting.

Smooth-shifting, 5-speed transmission is well suited for both city and highway use.

Classic heel-toe shifter adds to that classic image.

Low-maintenance, chrome, exposed shaft drive delivers superior reliability and a clean, quiet ride. There is no messy chain splatter or adjustments.

2-into-2 exhaust system with dual shotgun-style, staggered mufflers produce a throaty V-twin rumble. Replacement with aftermarket mufflers is fast and simple if desired.

Air Induction System (A.I.S.) reduces harmful CO and HC emissions to help protect our environment.

Brilliant chrome engine covers reinforce this motorcycle’s quality image.

Low-slung, double-cradle steel frame creates a strong, stylish machine with precise, predictable handling.

Long, 1,645mm (64.8″) wheelbase produces long and low retro profile, with spacious ergonomics for added rider comfort and solid, stable handling.

Beefy, 41mm front fork with 140mm (5.5″) of wheel travel smoothes out the bumps for incredible ride quality.

Brilliant chrome fork shrouds, top triple clamp, and stylish one-piece handlebar holder highlight great value chromed.

Rear shock is mounted under the seat for that classic “hardtail look”. By positioning the shock close to the centre of the chassis, it centralizes mass for a light, easy-to-manoeuvre feel. The shock is a high pressure gas charged unit providing consistent damping performance and excellent rider comfort. There are 9 preload adjustments that allow the rider to tailor spring settings to match load and road conditions.

Rear shock is tucked out of sight for that classic, hardtail look. Rear wheel travel is 113mm (4.5″).

Low 710mm (28″) seat height enhances maneuverability and provides additional rider confidence by allowing most riders to put their feet flat on the ground.

Dual 298mm front disc brakes are squeezed by twin piston calipers providing strong, confidence-inspiring stopping power.

Comfortably placed, full-size rider floorboards feature floating rubber inserts that enhance the ride by minimizing vibration and fatigue.

Wide tires on beautiful spoked, chrome wheels help create that classic look while providing excellent traction and stable handling.

Thickly padded, low-profile rider seat and passenger seats offer excellent rider comfort. The passenger seat can be removed to add that custom look.
