Podium results for Rockstar Energy Husqvarna’s Mateo Oliveira and Craig DeLong

Mateo Oliveira - Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing - Fox Raceway (3)

Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing’s Mateo Oliveira raced to a hard-fought third-place finish at Round 5 of the 2026 National Grand Prix Championship (NGPC) at Fox Raceway on Sunday, as teammate Craig DeLong also claimed P3 in the Pro 1 Class at the High Voltage U.S. Sprint Enduro in Pennsylvania.

National Grand Prix Championship – Round 5

Having scored P3 at the previous four NGPC rounds contested in 2026, Mateo Oliveira was looking to continue his consistent run of podium form in Southern California, completing the opening lap of the Fox Raceway Grand Prix in fifth place.

Oliveira would climb as high as second on Lap 4, before taking another third-place finish onboard his Husqvarna FE 450 to continue his podium form, and move into equal second place in the Pro Class standings after five rounds.

The next round of the NGPC series takes place at the Moto Fest Grand Prix at Glen Helen on May 15-17.

“I had a decent start, but I got swallowed up on the first lap,” recalled Oliveira. “I had to regroup, gather myself together, and put on a good charge from there to get up to second place, so the first four laps were really solid for me. But, I’m a little frustrated – podiums are good, but I want to win a race! I’m a bit annoyed right now, so I need to find that extra little bit, but we’ll keep trying and keep showing up.”

U.S. Sprint Enduro Series – Round 5

Craig DeLong entered the fifth round of the 2026 U.S. Sprint Enduro Series at the High Voltage over the weekend, powering his Husqvarna FX 350 to a closely-contested third place in the Pro 1 division after 12 tests.

The weekend started strongly for Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing rider DeLong when he managed to set the pace in the second test on Saturday, and he was consistently in contention from there in his first Sprint appearance of the season.

DeLong proved competitive throughout the two-day format, ranked third on Day 1 before improving to second on Day 2, gaining valuable Sprint race experience as he continues to build momentum in his 2026 off-road campaign.

“High Voltage was good – I had some solid tests and even won one,” commented DeLong. “I struggle with these short Sprints, so any chance I can get, I try to do them to improve. Solid weekend all around for me, thanks to the team for the support!”
