DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (January 24, 2019) – Yamaha announced today its 2019 American Flat Track Contingency Program totaling $440,500 – the largest contingency announcement for the 2019 season thus far.
The per-race contingency payouts are available to riders in all three classes, broken down as follows:

To be eligible for contingency payouts, riders must run an eligible 2018 or newer YZ450F in the AFT Singles class or 2015 or newer FZ-07 or MT-07 in AFT Production Twins and AFT Twins classes. In all classes, both the “Yamaha” and “bLU cRU” logos must be placed as directed on both the motorcycle and the rider’s leathers.
To help riders take home as many contingency dollars as possible, American Flat Track has created online Contingency Guidelines for each of its three classes: 2019 American Flat Track Contingency Guidelines.
American Flat Track will kick off its highly-anticipated 2019 season with the Bigger, Better, and Faster DAYTONA TT presented under the lights of the Daytona International Speedway on Thursday, March 14, 2019. Tickets start at just $35 online ($45 at the gate)
