2009 Honda FourTrax Foreman 4X4 ES TRX500FE

It’s built to work hard, of course, but the Honda TRX500FE Foreman also has a fun, playful side for weekend trail rides or week-long getaways at your favourite fishing camp. Its 475 cc OHV engine churns out tractor-like torque way down low in the rev range, and it also boasts a hemispherical combustion chamber for exciting top-end performance. And we know you’ll appreciate the ample suspension travel that ensures a comfortable yet stable ride, whether you’re on a bumpy trail or a flat field. Planning a long day on the fence line? Or packing up for a long trail-riding adventure? When you’re riding a TRX500FE Foreman, it’s all fun.

FourTrax Foreman 4×4 ES. Our species has opposable thumbs for a reason—to use Honda’s breakthrough Electric Shift Program (ESP) technology, of course. While others are fumbling to shift with bulky mud-covered boots, you’ll get the job done with just a flick of your thumb.

With variations that offer either manual shifting or Honda’s Electric Shift Program (ESP), the Foreman 4×4 enjoys its long standing as a popular model thanks to its powerful longitudinally mounted 475cc engine and easy-to-use TraxLok® 2WD/4WD system.
