Honda, as the world’s largest engine manufacturer that sells over 20 million motorcycles a year, places its customers firmly at the centre of the business both with a vast range of high-quality two-wheeled vehicles and a global directive to improve safety on the roads. As a result, Honda UK Motorcycles is forming a partnership with RAPID Training to focus on this objective.
It looks set to be a perfect match and will be one of the first of its kind in Europe. RAPID Training is a company that has been at the forefront of rider development since 1997; their vastly experienced professional rider coaching team includes TT and endurance racers, Police Class 1 qualified riders and British Superbike Championship racing team RAPID HONDA.
With courses available for both road and track riders, the partnership will provide the most effective coaching available and is dedicated to helping riders achieve outstanding results – quickly. Importantly, coaching will be available to all riders, regardless of the bike they own. The new Honda Bespoke Coaching course is a one-day course and priced at £545, along with all other existing Rapid courses.
Honda NT1100 – branded RAPID – will be supplied to coaches along with riding kit for all their road (and some track) tuition. More advanced track-based activities will centre around the CBR1000RR-R Fireblade. Project sponsors include Dunlop, RST, Arai, Motul, In& Motion airbags, GB Racing, Clonera and Zero fit.
Honda UK Motorcycles and RAPID Training were delighted to welcome a wide selection of media and key dealers to the launch event based out of the Blyton Circuit in Lincolnshire, to learn more about this exciting customer first project and the plans for 2026 and beyond.
