Red Bull KTM Factory Racing have won Grands Prix in both MXGP and MX2 categories in every season bar one since 2007.
Polisport, based in Carregosa, Portugal, has been an established name in the offroad industry for almost half a century. The company is famed for innovation and engineering excellence, especially in racing circles and for supplying both solutions to technical partners as well as filtering experience to their consumers through an expansive product range.
2026 MXGP gets underway with the Grand Prix of Argentina at Bariloche on 7-8 March. Pedro Araújo, CEO & Founder, Polisport: “Partnering with KTM represents one of the highest levels of technical validation for Polisport. This is not a conventional sponsorship agreement, but a structured engineering collaboration in which product development and performance validation take place directly on track, under the most demanding conditions, and under the supervision of the highest-level professionals in the sport. This partnership ensures that the technology delivered to our dealers and workshops is not theoretical or trend driven, but fully engineered, tested, and validated by the world’s top riders and mechanics. It reinforces Polisport’s commitment to precision, durability, and an innovation-led product philosophy. Working side by side with KTM’s factory teams allows us to accelerate development cycles, validate materials and designs at race pace, and translate race-proven solutions into products ready for the market, for the real consumer.”
Robert Jonas, KTM Director Offroad Racing: “We will depend on Polisport’s first-class products as well as their experience and ideas for components that can help our grand prix season. MXGP is a demanding series with 60 race starts at different tracks, on different terrain and with different weather. We have one of the very best teams in the paddock, with a proven record and high energy levels. Bringing Polisport onboard makes us stronger.”
