2013 Can-Am DS 250

Entry Level Sport.

An ATV for riders age 14 and up, the DS 250 sports an energetic 250cc liquid-cooled engine with a Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT). It offers added control in hydraulic front and rear disc brakes. The DS 250 will give promising riders a chance to show even more of their stuff. All they need to do is ride it.

2013 Can-Am DS 250 Features and Benefits

249.4 cc liquid-cooled engine – Featuring a single overhead cam and a four-valve SOHC head, the easy-to-maintain four-stroke 249.4 cc engine is liquid cooled for consistent power delivery.

Double A-arm front suspension with 5-position adjustable pre-load – The front suspension geometry provides light steering on the trail meaning less rider fatigue.

Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) with forward / neutral / reverse – Continuously Variable Transmission means the DS is always in the right gear.

Front and rear shocks adjustable for spring pre-load – Five-position pre-load adjustable front and rear shocks enable you to optimize the ride for driver weight and trail conditions.

Hydraulic disc brakes with steel-braided brake lines – Steel-braided brake lines are more rigid to transfer a precise brake input, without sponginess.

Neutral light, reverse light and oil temperature light

Meets CARB “Green Label” emissions standards

Built-in throttle limiter – Built-in throttle limiter so the parents stay in control.
