Josh Strang Podiums at the Mountaineer GNCC
Josh Strang put in one of his strongest performances of the year at the Rocky Mountain ATV/MC Mountaineer GNCC in Beckley, West Virginia, riding for Liqui Moly Factory Beta Racing. The GNCC veteran battled the challenging Summit Bechtel Reserve trails with precision, handling tight woods, rugged terrain, and dusty sections while staying smooth and avoiding mistakes. His consistency and racecraft earned him a hard-fought third-place finish in the XC1 Open Pro class and fifth overall. Strang was able to maintain focus and pace under pressure, adding another standout result to his impressive GNCC career. In the XC2 Class, his teammate Jhak Walker struggled a bit on the day to find a rhythm during the race but stayed in the fight, ultimately finishing sixth in class at the round. |
