· A new compound for the SCX. For the European debut of the World Championship, scheduled this weekend in Jerez de la Frontera, Spain, Pirelli will provide Moto2™ riders with a new rear development tyre, specification F0192. It features the same structure as the supersoft SCX, but with a new compound that should improve wear and performance consistency. · Direct comparison with the standard SCX. After its seasonal debut at the United States Grand Prix, the supersoft SCX is also allocated for this GP. This will allow Moto2™ riders to make a direct comparison between the standard option and the version with the new compound. The two rear supersoft options can be paired with the standard soft SC1 and medium SC2 at the front. With a new rear development tyre available, each intermediate class rider at this GP will be able to use up to 10 rear tyres over the course of the weekend. · Reliability for Moto3™. The entry class of the World Championship will rely on well-known and proven solutions: the soft SC1 and medium SC2 for both front and rear. Last year, José Antonio Rueda won the race using the medium SC2 at the front and the soft SC1 at the rear.
