| The first day of practice on the Circuit of The Americas ended with positive feedback for Aprilia Racing. Marco Bezzecchi began his Friday with the ninth best time in FP1, then improving in the practice session with the fourth best time to guarantee a spot directly in Q2. It was a positive day for Jorge Martín as well. Third in FP1, he then finished the practice session seventh, despite a crash with no consequences in the opening stages, also going straight through to Q2.
Yet another noteworthy aspect is the performance byTrackhouse MotoGP Team’s Ai Ogura, second in the practice session and straight through to Q2. |
