BarbersRide 2017 is a charity motorcycle ride to raise money for two very worthy charities: Great Ormond Street Hospital and The Lions Barber Collective, an international collective of barbers committed to raising awareness for the prevention of suicide.

 

Harley-Davidson UK & Ireland is pleased to be associated with this inaugural event as a key sponsor. BarbersRide 2017 started on Saturday 22 July and involved an army of barbers and guests, the majority of which were Harley riders, riding from Scotland to London in four days, collecting donations en route and putting on barber seminars from invited speakers followed by after-ride parties – Robin Hood Harley-Davidson® hosted the very successful midway ride event.

 

BarbersRide 2017 has so far raised a solid £8,000 with donation pledges yet to come.

 

25 Bikers, 4 Days of Riding, 5 Barbering Events, 250+ Barbers

BarbersRide 2017 is as much about the journey as it is about each evenings prestigious barbering event. Over the course of 840 miles you’ll experience the best of Britain’s biking routes, from the twisted passes of Northern England via the flowing loch-side tarmac of Scotland to the highways, byways and back roads of the remote East. Add to that the sense of camaraderie that only a motorcycling road trip can offer and you’ll have all the ingredients for a truly unforgettable adventure.

Each seminar is open to riders and non-riders alike who are interested in seeing some of the countries best barbers in action, up close and personal.
