Performance at the highest levels

The materials are not used just to please the eye. The DB7 Oronero is a sport that allows to achieve excellent driving performance on the track and on mixed routes even faster.

The carbon used for the frame and swingarm provides a ‘good stiffness, the measures give the means of handling and reduced power to weight ratio 1:1 allows a rapid exit of the corners, thanks to the electronic management system of’ injection developed by Bimota, which has optimized the delivery of this already brilliant engine.

Derivation Superbike also the instrumentation, which includes a functional GPS system data acquisition and management of the bike.

The twin-cylinder engine is “L” at 1098 CC develops 164 horsepower at 9750 rpm and is powered by electronic injection developed by Bimota. The multi-disc clutch is dry.

The frame incorporates the traditional constructive technology BIMOTA in truss composite plates with CNC, where the tube structure is made of precious CARBON, as well as the swing arm, which goes to infulcrarsi directly on the engine, thus ensuring reduced overall dimensions and excellent rigidity.

Carbon for the “dress” the ORONERO, which contrasts with the beautiful plates of the frame and fork billet. The result of the ‘use of such materials can reduce weight at 164 kg dry, compared to 164 hp engine to allow DB7 ORONERO to achieve the exceptional power / weight ratio of 1:1.

The forks 43 mm is adjustable both in the mechanics that in ‘hydraulic, as well as the rear shock absorber. The two front discs are 320 mm petal operated by a radial master cylinder and calipers BREMBO.

The fully digital instrumentation, allows you to record the behavior of the various elements of the bike and has an integrated GPS antenna that allows you to download times and routes.
