The Z650 S ABS pairs responsive handling with a 649cc parallel-twin engine that delivers strong low- to mid-range torque and linear power delivery. A 4.3-inch TFT color instrument panel and smartphone connectivity through RIDEOLOGY THE APP MOTORCYCLE* provide convenient access to vehicle information. A 41mm telescopic front fork and horizontal back-link rear suspension balance sport riding performance with everyday comfort. Dual 300mm round front brake discs and a 220mm round rear disc provide stopping power, while five-spoke wheels wear Dunlop Sportmax Roadsport 2 tires. A forward-leaning riding position and muscular, sugomi-inspired styling complete its aggressive stance.

THE SHAPE OF SUGOMI™ STYLE
The silhouette is distinctly streetfighter and innately Sugomi™. Front and rear turn signals, side covers, granular style seat, upswept tail, LED taillight, footpeg stays and heel guards combine to make the silhouette unmistakably menacing.
USEFUL INFORMATION AT A GLANCE
A 4.3-in all-digital TFT (thin-film transistor) color instrumentation gives the cockpit a high-tech, high-grade appearance and visibility. The screen’s background color can automatically change between white and black based on ambient light.
There are 2 display types: choose between hexagonal tachometer or a bar-style tachometer along the top with simple vehicle information below it.
Display functions include: smartphone call and mail notifications, digital speedometer, digital bar-style tachometer, gear position indicator, shift lamp, fuel gauge, odometer, dual trip meters, current, and average fuel consumption, remaining range, average speed, total time, coolant temperature, clock, battery voltage, Kawasaki service reminder, oil change reminder, and the Kawasaki Economical Riding Indicator.

Technology within the instrument panel lets you connect to the motorcycle wirelessly. Responsive & Balanced
The unique gull-arm style swingarm provides space for an under-engine exhaust for a lower center of gravity and improved handling. A horizontal back-link rear suspension offers an ideal balance of sport-riding performance and casual riding comfort. The telescopic front fork is a part of a balanced suspension package, tuned to provide progressive damping with a high level of feedback to the rider.
Take Control
Kawasaki TRaction Control (KTRC) features 2 modes that allow the rider to adjust settings to suit the riding situation and rider preference, or riders may elect to turn it off completely. Mode 1 provides the least amount of assistance with sport riding in mind. Mode 2 offers the most assistance, allowing riders to navigate challenging road conditions with confidence.
Fully Adjustable
For added comfort, both clutch and brake levers are 5-way adjustable to accommodate a variety of hand sizes.
Lightweight & Capable
The overall light weight of the Z650 S ABS motorcycle comes thanks to a lightweight trellis frame with a low center of gravity for light handling and confident low-speed maneuvering. Form meets function with the exposed frame adding to the technical image of the middleweight nakedbike.

Dunlop Sportmax RoadSport 2 tires—made of high-performance rubber—boost handling and provide optimum grip. Dual 300mm front round disc brakes and a 220mm rear round disc work together to add sporty stopping power. A Continental ABS unit adds a smooth feel when ABS kicks in.
FEEL CONNECTED
Wide and roomy ergonomics add comfort to agile handling. The rider triangle places you “in” rather than “on top of” the bike for a feeling of confident connected handling.
