Milan, 7 November 2026

At EICMA 2026, VMOTO presents a new phase of its industrial and commercial strategy, expanding its activities beyond electric vehicles into energy infrastructure, charging technology and integrated mobility services.

The new CP Global Scooter combines style and affordability, with optional Type 6 Fast Charging enabling a recharge from 0% to 80% in approx. 30 minutes with compatible 74V/30Ah and 74V/45Ah batteries.

VMOTO: RESULTS AND GLOBAL GROWTH STRATEGY:

In the first half of 2026, VMOTO recorded a 140% increase in vehicles sold and approximately 70% growth in revenue compared with the same period in 2025.

These results support a strategy aimed at consolidating the Group’s position in the professional B2B sector while strengthening VMOTO’s presence in the private B2C market and gaining market share in Europe and other key international markets.

VMOTO’s experience in professional mobility is a key competitive advantage.

Millions of kilometres covered by fleet vehicles under intensive daily operating conditions have contributed to the development of solutions focused on reliability, durability and operational efficiency. The Group applies this expertise to its consumer range as well.

VMOTO’s global strategy is to make electric mobility competitive and accessible by addressing the factors that influence adoption: purchase price, performance, running costs, access to energy and after-sales support. With products tailored to different markets, charging infrastructure and a broader distribution network, VMOTO aims to make choosing an electric vehicle increasingly simple, economical and natural.

VMOTO ENERGY: INFRASTRUCTURE BECOMES PART OF THE BUSINESS:

VMOTO Energy builds on the development of EMS (Electric Mobility Solution) and focuses on energy infrastructure and services for electric mobility.

The project aims to expand the Fast Charging Station network in major European cities, building on activities already underway in Asia and South America. The programme envisages collaboration with investors, industrial partners, commercial operators, public authorities and the VMOTO distribution network.

The project creates business opportunities through electricity sales and charging-service operations. Dealers will be able to complement vehicle sales and after-sales services, including through VMOTO Stores, with energy services for VMOTO electric two- and three-wheel vehicles and vehicles from other brands, where directly compatible or supported by standard adapters.

The plan targets public and private locations including universities, shopping centres, fuel stations, fast-food outlets, parking facilities and municipalities, prioritising places where vehicles stop and people travel.

In addition to improving access to charging, station installations can generate direct revenue from electricity sales and indirect benefits for host businesses by attracting delivery riders and private customers. VMOTO Energy thus extends the Group’s business model beyond vehicle manufacturing to infrastructure, energy distribution and digital management services.

EMS: AN INTEGRATED ECOSYSTEM FOR CHARGING, TECHNOLOGY AND INTELLIGENT MANAGEMENT

VMOTO’s EMS (Electric Mobility Solution) ecosystem combines advanced charging technologies, high-performance batteries and next-generation digital platforms for managing electric vehicles.

It offers three complementary solutions: Fast Charger, Fast Charging Station and Battery Swapping, serving both private users and professional fleets.

Key developments include Type 6 connectivity and HPT (High Performance Technology) batteries designed for faster charging, compact dimensions and configurations suited to different markets. VMOTO Fast Charging Stations enable rapid charging in approximately 30 minutes on selected compatible battery configurations, helping reduce vehicle downtime.

Intuitive, interconnected software platforms incorporate AI-based functions for monitoring vehicles and batteries, analysing operational data and managing fleets. AI also supports route and charging-stop planning based on remaining range and the availability of charging infrastructure.

EMS brings together vehicles, infrastructure and digital tools through technologies and intellectual property developed by VMOTO, with the aim of reducing the operational and economic barriers to electric mobility

CP GLOBAL SCOOTER: TECHNOLOGY, VERSATILITY AND ACCESSIBILITY FOR GLOBAL MARKETS:

VMOTO unveils the CP Global Scooter in its world premiere, designed to offer versatile, technologically advanced electric mobility at a competitive price. The platform is engineered to meet the requirements and regulations of different markets through multiple battery, range and performance configurations.

Its IP67-rated hub motor delivers 3 kW of rated power and up to 5.5 kW of maximum power. In the high-performance configuration, CP accelerates from 0 to 50 km/h in 5.8 seconds and develops more than 179 N·m of torque at the rear wheel. Three riding modes are available, with SBS or CBS braking systems depending on the version.

CP offers four removable-battery configurations with one or two packs: 74V/30Ah and 74V/45Ah ternary lithium, or 72V/24Ah LMFP and 76V/40Ah LFP. With two 74V/45Ah batteries, declared range reaches up to 180 km (WMTC Stage 3). Optional Type 6 fast charging is supported by the ternary-lithium battery versions.

Equipment includes 4G connectivity with the VMOTO app, NFC access, a digital display, under-seat storage for a helmet and a battery-handling system designed for easy removal. The platform also includes CP-D, the variant developed for delivery and professional applications.

With CP, accessibility is a product-design principle without compromising quality. Sustainable, economical and practical mobility, supported by technology, performance and safety, should be within reach of a wider audience. The goal is to make electric mobility not merely an alternative to conventional vehicles, but a natural choice for everyday travel.

GRAZIANO MILONE | President Business Development & Global CMO, Vmoto International:

“Our objective for the coming years is to consolidate VMOTO’s position among the world’s leading manufacturers of electric two- and three-wheel vehicles for professional use, gain market share in the European B2C segment and continue our international expansion.

We are focusing our investments on segments where we can offer the strongest balance of quality, performance, reliability and price. We believe that, in the year ahead, the greatest commercial opportunities for electric two-wheelers will remain in segments comparable to conventional 50–150 cc vehicles. In this category, customers can immediately benefit from the economic and practical advantages of electric mobility.

After years of instability, the electric two-wheeler B2C market is showing signs of maturity. The automotive industry has helped establish electric mobility in the public consciousness, but it will take more time before electric two-wheelers above 15–20 kW reach significant volumes. VMOTO is monitoring this evolution and already has the engineering capabilities required: the maxi-scooter project based on the APD platform, presented at EICMA three years ago, is one example. We design our vehicles in-house and directly manage the intellectual property behind their hardware and software solutions. When technology and the market can deliver benefits comparable to those of lower-powered vehicles, we will be ready to expand our offer into higher-performance segments.

Our priority is to develop products and services in segments where there is a clear advantage, giving distributors the tools to sell, reach more customers and generate profit. We want accessible products that deliver value for both buyers and sellers. Growth means doing what we know how to do well, concentrating resources and expertise where they deliver results: strengthening B2B, becoming more competitive in B2C and making electric mobility a natural choice for more people.”

Charles Chen | CEO & Managing Director Vmoto International:

“After 17 years of commitment and experience in the electric two-wheeler industry, Vmoto has gained a clearer vision of this revolutionary journey.
Looking ahead to the next 4–5 years, our focus will be on building a comprehensive Electric Two-Wheeler Ecosystem, serving both B2B and B2C segments.
We have identified four key strategic markets, with Europe and the Middle East among our primary focuses. We will continue to develop charging infrastructure, strengthen our ecosystem partnerships, and establish a more sustainable business model to accelerate the replacement of petrol-powered motorcycles with electric alternatives.
We believe that global electrification is closer than ever before, and the direction is clearer and more certain than ever. Together, we are not just building electric vehicles; we are building the future of mobility.

And as our slogan says: Happiness is a Journey!”

“Electrify Your World”: the VMOTO 2027 range gives practical substance to this commitment.
