Barcelona, Spain, September 6, 2025 – With Marc Márquez’s victory in Saturday’s Sprint at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, Ducati secures its sixth consecutive Constructors’ Title in MotoGP, the seventh overall in the history of the Borgo Panigale manufacturer. A win achieved with seven rounds remaining, thanks to the decisive performances of Marc Márquez, Francesco Bagnaia, and Alex Márquez.
With this achievement, Ducati sets the record for the longest consecutive streak of Constructors’ Titles won in MotoGP.
The first Constructors’ Title dates back to 2007. Since 2020, Ducati has consistently demonstrated its dominance season after season, with the Desmosedici GP bikes embodying the passion and technological excellence that define the Borgo Panigale manufacturer.
This season, Ducati has secured 27 victories in 29 races , maintaining a strong presence on the podium and solid performances for both the factory and satellite teams. These achievements are the result of a joint effort that combines Ducati’s engineering vision with the talent of its riders, once again showcasing the strength of Borgo Panigale’s technical project, which continues to evolve without compromise.
Claudio Domenicali, Ducati CEO: “Six consecutive MotoGP Constructors’ Titles: an achievement that only a few years ago would have seemed impossible to even imagine, and which today demonstrates once again that with method, vision, and determination, nothing is beyond Ducati’s reach. This is a sporting success that goes far beyond performance on the track because it speaks volumes about who we are as a Company and how we work, finding a direct reflection in the design and construction of the bikes we put on the road every day for our enthusiasts. My thanks go to Gigi, to our riders, to every single member of Ducati Corse, the Ducati Lenovo and Gresini Racing Teams: together, we are capable to transform experience, passion, and talent into concrete results. Our strength lies in our ability to maintain consistency and continuity over time, a solidity that has allowed us to achieve extraordinary results, almost “boring” in the eyes of those who watch us. The truth is that winning once is difficult, doing it again is even harder, and making it look like the norm… that’s another sport. We know that our rivals are improving, and every MotoGP season brings new challenges, but today we want to enjoy the satisfaction of having written another unforgettable page in our history and that of motorcycle racing!”
For Ducati, the track is the most vital testing ground for production motorcycles. The experience gained on circuits is constantly applied to the development of models aimed at enthusiasts. In this context, the Constructors’ Title stands as one of the most important awards, recognizing the technical excellence and development philosophy that define the Borgo Panigale manufacturer.
